Returns/Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that, there may be a strange odour when you first receive the apparels due to the by-product of the printing process. The ink used is of Oeko Tex eco-friendly standard which means they are non-hazardous, toxin-free and kids-friendly. We recommend washing the apparel in cold water and hang to dry before use.

If you are still unhappy with the product, please contact Rare Tees via email within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Photo evidence of the product and the invoice number of the order will be required for verification. You will be issued a return address of where to send your goods, and they must be received back within (30) thirty days of the purchase date, in the condition they originally arrived in, to be eligible for either a replacement or a store credit of the purchase price. We will contact you if more information is required to process the refund/exchange.
